Yoga and Mindfulness for Young Children

We will be using our body, mind and breath to play yoga inspired games. We will tie in self awareness, focus, stress release, compassionate thinking, and working with others... all while gaining the physical benefits of yoga asanas. This program is designed for children ages three to five years old, along with an adult caregiver. If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it along.
Our instructor, Heather Fowler, is a certified yoga and mindfulness teacher and has conducted many programs here at the library.
