Nausheen Eusuf is a PhD candidate in English at Boston University and a graduate of the writing seminars at John Hopkins University. Her poetry has appeared in The American Scholar, Poetry Daily, Salmagundi, PN Review, Smartish Pace, World Literature Today, and other journals. Her first collection of poems Not Elegy, But Eros was published in the US and Bangladesh (2017). Her poetry was chosen for the Best American Poetry anthologies in both 2018 and 2019.

Elizabeth Scanlon is the editor of The American Poetry Review. Her poetry collections include Lonesome Gnosis (2017), The Brain is Not the United States/The Brain Is the Ocean (2016), and  Odd Regard (2013).  She is a Pushcart Prize winner and her poems have appeared in Boston Review, Ploughshares, Colorado Review, Crazyhorse, Diode, wildness, and many other magazines and journals. She lives in Philadelphia.
