Celebrating Our New Electronic Resources of 2023

We were pleased to offer our community so many new Electronic Resources/Databases this year!

Here are all of the new resources introduced since January 1, 2023:


Films to Stream:

  • Kanopy → Over 4,000 movies for adults and kids with no monthly viewing limits
  • Access Video on Demand: Master Collection → Over 44,000 documentaries (from BBC and PBS) and how-to-videos

  • MyHeritage Library Edition → Remote access genealogy resources from around the world (POWER Library)



  • Gale Health and Wellness → Authoritative, up-to-date information on health topics (formerly a POWER Library resource)



  • Academic OneFile → Access to 17,000+ scholarly journals with formatted citations (formerly a POWER Library resource)
  • General OneFile → Articles from 13,000+ leading magazines, newspapers, and scholarly journals (formerly a POWER Library resource)
  • LitFinder → Covers world literature and authors throughout history (formerly a POWER Library resource)


Language Learning:

  • Transparent Language Online → Learn 120+ languages, including American Sign Language and endangered North American and world languages (POWER Library)
