Don’t fret: The Free Library of Philadelphia’s gadget gurus can help you make the most of your new electronic device every Tuesday and Thursday in the lobby of the Parkway Central Library. No appointments necessary!
With expert knowledge of the ins and outs of every kind of electronic device under the sun, a gadget guru will help you master your new e-reader or tablet (or an older gadget you never quite figured out) in no time. They can also help you explore and download materials from the Free Library’s extensive digital collections, including ebooks, audiobooks, music, and more. Don’t have a Free Library card? Don’t worry! They can also sign you up for one right on the spot.

I have been trying to sign back into my Hoopla acct.. I put all the possible passwords and still nothing then, I put forgot password then it sending the new password at email acct. but I am not getting the email. I spoke to librarian and he said to contact you. Thank you Kevin lodolce

Hi, I 'm just curious to why it takes so long for a library to obtain an e-book copy of a new book? Sometimes it seems that it is months before an e-book is available. Thank you, Charlene

I was told that I should make an appointment,or call before coming down for the E Gadget Gurus. If so, I would like to visit with a Guru Thursday, or tomorrow at 3:00 on both days. Thanks !
