The Free Library Board of Trustees will be holding its first quarterly meeting of FY21 on Thursday, September 24, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

The meeting will take place through the online meeting platform Zoom, due to continued COVID-19 precautions.

Any member of the public who wishes to address the Free Library of Philadelphia Board of Trustees is invited to submit a comment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting (no later than 8:00 a.m. on September 23). To submit a request, please fill out the FLP Board of Trustees Public Comment Form.

The request must state the purpose of the address and must provide contact information. The maximum duration of the public comment period will be 20 minutes. Speakers normally will have three minutes to share their comments. Requestors will be notified if they are on the schedule for comment before 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23.
