Youth Services and Programs (YSP) is a division of the Free Library of Philadelphia that provides programs and services for families and educators across all of our Neighborhood Libraries and communities.
YSP focuses on providing children, teens, caregivers, educators, and library staff with support services, year-round out-of-school programming, and lifelong literacy and learning skills. We value all families and work with communities to provide needed resources.
Our programs and resources include:
- LEAP (Literacy Enrichment Afterschool Program)
- Literacy in Early Learning Spaces
- Play Streets
- Read, Baby, Read
- Reading Champs Guide
- Summer of Wonder
