Thank you for the Lucky Loans program. I didn't know about the program and was ecstatic to find a copy of "Fourth Wing" calling to me from the top of the New Arrivals bookshelf at Parkway Central. At the time, I was number 905 in line for 206 e-copies of the book. I grabbed the copy so fast I heard the air swoosh. Ha! I love the Free Library. Thank you for the program, and for all that you offer to the citizens of Philadelphia. Have a good day.
