Introduction to Foundation Directory
Business Resource and Innovation Center at Parkway Central Library
Learn how to use everyone's favorite foundation funding database, Foundation Directory (formerly Foundation Directory Online). The user-friendly interface makes it easy to find funders that are interested in supporting your organization's mission.
During this workshop we will explore how you can find information on: funder priorities, application guidelines, key decision makers, contact information, and previously awarded grants.
This program is appropriate for both those that are new to the resource and those that would like a refresher.
We will also take a look at Candid Learning which provides easy-to-use, self-service tools and resources to help nonprofits create more viable grant applicants and build strong, sustainable organizations.
This workshop will be held in person at the Parkway Central Library. Attendees are encouraged to bring a laptop to follow along and start their funding research.
Advanced registration is required as space is limited. Please register online here.
