Drop-In Session: Searching Foundation Directory
Business Resource and Innovation Center at Parkway Central Library
Drop-in sessions offer a 10-minute mini-lesson on how to search Foundation Directory (FD). After the mini-lesson you can explore FD on your own and staff is available to answer questions. Participants can come and leave at any time throughout the session. A laptop or other device is required to receive assistance during the drop-in sessions (smartphones are not recommended).
What is Foundation Directory? Candid’s Foundation Directory gives you access to the information you need to be smart and strategic with your funding requests. The tools available on Foundation Directory allow you to tap funding opportunities beyond open Requests for Proposals (RFPS) that make up less than 1% of total foundation funding. Digging deeper is critical to your fundraising success.
Drop-in sessions are currently offered in lieu of research appointments. These sessions occur on Wednesdays from 3:30pm - 5:00pm and Thursdays 10:00am - 11:30am.
