Hands on History: Mapping (More) Imagination
Children's Literature Research Collection at Parkway Central Library
Have you seen the exhibition Mapping Imagination: The Art of World-Building and want to learn more? Now’s your chance with this hands-on event featuring materials that were considered (but sadly not included) in the exhibition. The exhibition’s curators will discuss why and how objects are chosen and offer attendees a glimpse in their curatorial process.
Please note that this program will be held on the third floor of the Parkway Central Library in the Rare Book Department. Visitors will also have the opporunity to see the exhibition between 5pm and 6pm.
Mapping Imagination: The Art of World-Building and its related programming are made possible by generous support from the Lindback Foundation, the Dolfinger-McMahon Foundation, and the Independence Foundation.
