Book Paper Scissors is an artists’ book fair, free and open to the public. 2019 marks the 12th consecutive year of the fair held at the library in collaboration with the Philadelphia Center for the Book. This festive event features artists’ books, handmade paper, prints, zines, origami, blank books, and paper sculpture and jewelry; if it’s paper-based art, it’s here. Come and buy or just be inspired! You will find gifts for everyone on your list. 

Vendor registration is now open until November 15, 2019. Early Bird Registration discount prices are available until September 30.

A workshop will be offered at the library during the fair: Origami and Non-Traditional Books. 10am-1pm, free with advance registration that opens November 11 at noon.
