Bonn, Germany--Change your wheel and tire in fifteen seconds, with the device shown above, is the claim of Lothar Stanetzki, engineer, of Bonn, who reportedly has been working on the device for ten years. The device is built into the hub of the wheel, and can be installed in any auto wheel. The driver carries a key with him, which locks and unlocks the mechanism. Stanetzki claims he was offered 5 million dollars for his invention, by American interests, and that he also has had excellent German offers. February 26th, 1950.
