Nov. 20-- Topsy-Turvey Trailer Truck-- Robert Weems (right) and Jim McGee ruefully regard the topsy-turvey trailer truck, owned and driven by Weems, after it turned turtle near here last night. Weems, en route to Greensville, S.C. With a cargo of vinegar, said an approaching car failed to dim its lights. To avoid a collision he applied the brakes which jack-knifed the truck an dtrailer. Weems was unharmed. 1948
