December 3, 1946-- Strike jams Bay Bridge with autos-- This view at dusk of the eastern approach to the San Francisco- Oakland Bay Bridge shows cars of homeward-bound commuters which overflowed the upper bridge lanes and were routed to the truck lane (left) and lower level of the bridge, during strike-caused jam of autos today. Bay Bridge in upper left beyond empty commuter-train tracks.
