Mobile Mansions. Chicago, Illinois--The living room of the Shoreland Tamden (built by the Streamlite Corp. Chicago), is furnished in a modern tone. Joan DuPre (left) and Pat Varner, are shown enjoying the accommodations provided by this mansion on wheels. The wall in the background contains two closets for storage and an outlet (above center) for the air-conditioning unit. The front entrance is equipped with a chime doorbell. March, 21st, 1946.
