(Part of Series) Location Trailer. Hollywood - A huge trailer designed for the accommodations of stars and feature players while on location, was used for the first time during hte shooting of "There Goes the Groom." It cost $16,000 to build and weighs 12 1/2 tons. Eleven compartments, four toilets connected to a 900-gallon septic tank and a 435-gallon water tank are installed in the trailer which is 49ft. Long, 8ft. wide with head room of six feet. Other equipment includes a refrigerator, air-conditioning, inter-communications phones, electric lights, radios and a 3,000-watt power generating plant. In two of the compartments there are make-up dressing rooms. There's a shower in another. Here, the huge trailer is shown as it left the eagle-lion studios for location. October, 20th, 1946.
