 Beauty Bows in Waldorf Ballroom

Just as society's bluebloods make their debut in the fashionable halls of New York's Waldorf-Astoria, so do motordom's beauties seek the limelight of the famed hostelry to make their initial appearance of the season. Above is Buick's acknowledged leader in the automobile style show as the General Motors family introduces the complete line of 1950 cars. This sleek Roadmaster convertible is painted a Venus White and has two-tone green leather upholstery and carpeting to match. It is one of the 19 cars in the new Buick line, eight of which are on display at the show. Dynaflow is standard equipment in the Roadmaster series and is available as optional equipment on the Special and Super series. Prices of many models in the Roadmaster and Super series have been reduced up to 10 per cent for 1950.
