Chevrolet's Cavalier Convertible...for 1988 appears in Z24 dress for the first time and receives major aerodynamic changes in the process. Like all Cavalier Z24 models, the convertible sports a new grille, front facia, bumper, fenders, hood, halogen composite headlamps, parking lamps and side marker lights. Other exterior changes for '88 include a new body side moldings, colors, rear facia, and silver-grey lower body panels with a distinctive flared effect. A 2.8 liter V6 with Multi-Port Fuel Injection is the Z24's driving force on new "aero-style" aluminum wheels with new P215/60R-14 Eagle GT+4 performance tires.
