THE 1991 DODGE NEON concept car combines environmentally friendly attributes with the freedom of open-top driving. Neon is a sporty, economical and versatile sedan which suits the demands of young, active drivers. The car’s cabin-forward design approach maximizes passenger space while minimizing mechanical space; in fact, the spare tire is stored in the engine compartment. Neon runs on a two-stroke developed by Chrysler Engineering.
