Erskine "The Little Aristocrat", South Bend, Ind. Named after president of Studebaker.
The new four passenger Erskine Six Sport Roadster is equipped with wire wheels and finished in smart two-tone lacquer.
Engineering data on the roadster, released by engineers at Studebaker’s 800-acre Proving Ground, indicates the Erskine Roadster is a brilliant performer. Speed of 60 miles an hour; acceleration 5 to 25 miles an hour in 8½ seconds; and climbing ability which takes it up an 11 percent grade in high gear are some of its capabilities.
