Four Studebaker President Eights start their record-breaking run of 30,000 miles at the Atlantic City Speedway. All four cars completed the run at average speeds ranging from 64 to 68 miles an hour, the highest record being 30,000 miles in 26,326 minutes. Nothign else, except plants and meteors, ever traveled so far so fast.
