A mass attack on the "baby" car records was successfully made at Brooklands (1931) The tiny seven h.p. Austin, a miniature edition of the Blue Bird, the world's fastest car, driven by Leon Cushman & L.P. Driscoll, broke all records, 500 miles record at 90.11 mph. 10 October 1931
