The familiar red and blue STP-Dodge that Richard Petty drove to his fifth NASCAR Grand National championship in 1974 has been presented to Daytona International Speedway and will become a central exhibit at the speedway’s soon-to-be-built Museum of Speed. The car was presented to Daytona International Speedway president Bill France, Sr. by STP board chairman Craig Nalen during pre-race ceremonies marking the 1977 Daytona 500.
