Brian Furstenau is one of the two founders of Group 44. He is also the team's chief engineer and the driver of its MGB roadster. He has won three SCCA National Championships with British Leyland/Quaker State sports cars.
The Group 44 MGB with Brian Fuerstenau driving. In 1973, the Group 44 co-founder won the EP National Championship with an MGB and another MGB won in 1975. The race car develops 150 horsepower. It is a racing favorite because of its durability.
