John McComb of Hutchinson, Kan. will share Group 44's Triumph TR7 with Bob Tullius during the 1976 SCCA season. McComb is the present class DP National Champion, a title he won with the Group's TR6 at the '75 CSPRRC.
The Group 44 Triumph TR7 in action. The car is the latest in the British Leyland/Quaker State team's stable and is the 20th Triumph model raced in the U.S. Since 1954. Triumph won 31 SCCA National Championships '54-'75. TR7 is a '76 contender.
