TEMPO GETS UPGRADED POWERTRAIN, NEW INSTRUMENT PANEL – Tempo for ’85 gains electronic fuel injection with “fast-burn” 2300 HSC engine. Five-speed manual transaxle becomes standard and two-door Sports GL (shown) offers high-performance option package. Tempo’s new instrument panel is more functional with side-window demisters, air-duct shutoff, flat-face radio, slider-type ashtray and improved storage features.
