IMPROVED JEEP CJ-5 for 1973 – Numerous engineering improvements and refinements have been incorporated in the internationally-known Jeep CJ-5 and CJ-6 for 1973, including new mechanical clutch linkage for easier operation and instrument panel modifications which improve illumination, identification and function. Those four=wheel-drive models, available in a choice of nine exterior colors, are offered with a standard 232 CID Six engine or optional CID Six and 304 CID V-8.
