1896 Charles B. King car. A reconstructed copy of the Charles B. King car -- the first gasoline horseless carriage to drive on the streets of Detroit on March 6, 1896. King organized the King Motor Car Co. in 1911-1924. This model was reconstructed by J.L. Hudson Co. in 1946. Seated at the controls is Russell Fleming.
