The Felix Frankfurter Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, Cass Sunstein is the author of more than 35 books and textbooks. From 2009 to 2012, he served as the Administrator of the White House Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs. The coauthor of the bestselling book, Nudge, Sunstein guided the administration toward simplifying regulations with his innovative methods of “nudging” corporate behavior while protecting citizens and maximizing freedom and business opportunity.
