Need another place to find book reviews for great new children’s books? Well, good news! The Free Library of Philadelphia has an exciting new feature in The Notebook, the newspaper for Philadelphia’s Public Schools. The Notebook is a fabulous resourcee for parents, educatros, students and friends of Philadelphia’s public schools. And your local librarians are beginning a monthly book review column, geared towards children from Kindergarten to 8th grade.

Our first reviews focus on books that just can’t be contained in their dust jackets. These books encourage interaction and a nice, loud storytime. To read more, click on Shake, Push, and Read Aloud!
