50th Anniversary of JFK Inaugural

By Camille T. RSS Thu, January 20, 2011

This morning I was delighted to see the Google Doodle (the image on the homepage of google.com) which honors the 50th anniversary of John F. Kennedy's inaugration as president.

Most people can remember the famous quote from his inaugural address, "And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country."

For more information on President Kennedy you should visit the JFK Presidental Library and Museum website or search our catalog for items on John F. Kennedy.

Or listen to President Kennedy's speech writer Ted Sorensen discuss his experiences working with the president from our Author Events podcasts.
