By Alix G. RSS Tue, June 19, 2012

As the temperature continues to rise this week, a number of Free Library of Philadelphia neighborhood locations will serve as official cooling centers, where residents can get out of the heat and into an air-conditioned space with access to books, computers, wireless internet, and other library amenities.
