Hi DB, I'm not sure what the problem is, but it may be that you are not aware of how your new browser makes downloads available. When you're in Chrome, a little bubble should pop up at the bottom left side of your browser when you download a file. Click in that window to open or save the file. Or, try openning your "Downloads" folder to see if the file is there. Click on the Windows Start Button, probably in the lower left of your screen. Then, click on "Computer" or "Documents" and a new window will open. On the left side of that window, there should be a "Downloads" folder. Click in it to see if its there. Since your HP is a laptop, you could bring it in on a Tuesday 3-6 to do some problem solving. Good luck!
