Top 10 ebooks OverDrive Digital Library October 2014

Here are the Top 10 ebooks downloaded from the Free Library's OverDrive Digital Library in October 2014.

More than 62,000 ebooks were checked out and downloaded for the month!

Taking the number one spot this month was the holiday-themed romance The Christmas Wedding Ring. There were 2 other Romance titles that made the most-downloaded list this month and for some additional romance-themed reading, check out this recent issue of Entertainment Weekly that put a spotlight on the genre. Mystery and Suspense Thrillers filled the majority of this month's Top 10, with titles from mainstays of those genres including James Patterson, Catherine Coulter, John Sandford, and Faye Kellerman. There was also one lone nonfiction title this month, the conspiracy theory-laden Killing Patton by Bill O'Reilly.

The following list comprises titles from across all genres, downloaded from both our website and mobile site.

A twist-filled thriller that reads like a mashup of Gone Girl and The Dead Zone.
