Calling all kids and teens! Have you ever dreamed about being on TV? WHYY and The Free Library of Philadelphia just might give you a chance. The Free Library is excited to partner with our local PBS station, WHYY, on their 6th Annual WHYY I LIKE THIS BOOK program.
This program encourages children in grades pre-K–12 to share their thoughts about a favorite book through a quick application, for a chance to be featured on WHYY-TV!
You can pick up an application at your neighborhood library or online. More information and videos of children from previous years talking about their favorite book can also be found on the WHYY I Like This Book website.
Check it out today and you may get a chance to hit the small screen sometime soon!
