Help Build Better Schools: Take the District-wide Parent & Guardian Survey Now!

By Julie B. RSS Thu, April 28, 2016

The Philadelphia District-wide Parent & Guardian Survey is now available and the School District of Philadelphia wants to hear from you!

The new survey was created with the help of parents and guardians, community members, students, principals, teachers, counselors, administrators, and researchers across the city and is offered online through Survey Monkey in 10 languages.

The results of the survey will be used to help administrators and school staff make more informed decisions and to help foster a better understanding of the needs and strengths of schools in Philadelphia.

You can access the survey at philasd.org/parentsurvey. Parents and guardians must enter their child’s valid School District of Philadelphia Student ID Number to access the survey. If you do not know your child’s Student ID Number, contact your child’s school.

The survey will be available until 5:00 p.m. on June 27, 2016.

If you have any questions or need assistance, contact the Survey Phone Hotline at 215-400-6565 or email parentsurveyinfo@philasd.org.
