Business and Brews

BRIC is excited to announce our new “Business and Brews” series! Join us inside the Business Resource and Innovation Center (BRIC) at Parkway Central Library the second Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. for a networking hour with light beverages, provided by Two Roads Brewing Company (ID required) and sponsored by The Bancorp, followed by a talk with area business leaders on topics important to entrepreneurs in the Delaware Valley.

Upcoming topics include “Properly Promoting your Business and Honing your Elevator Pitch” and “Navigating your Business through City Agencies”.

We'll be kicking off this new series on September 14 with “Keeping your Day Job while Starting your Side Business”. Meet entrepreneurs Vanessa Chan, inventor of the stylish necklace/earbuds Loopit, Nick Torres, co-founder and publisher of the Social Innovation Journal, and Marian Dossou, creator of KakeMicakes. At $5.00 a session, or $25.00 for all six, we are tackling questions and challenges important to entrepreneurs in the Delaware Valley. For less than the price of a craft brew, you can learn  priceless business tips and information!

Register for one or all six sessions and start your journey to building your business one step at a time here at the BRIC!
