Cooking at the Philadelphia City Institute with Chef Guillermo Pernot

Last night, the Philadelphia City Institute held a One Book, One Philadelphia event with Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar’s executive chef, Guillermo Pernot. Pernot gave a cooking demonstration to 35 attendees, providing them with samples of his delicious Cuban fare, great cooking tips, as well as handy advice on preparing balanced meals at home.
