Free Library Board of Trustees Upcoming Public Meeting on Wednesday, December 9 at 8:00 a.m.

The Free Library Board of Trustees will be holding its second quarterly meeting of FY21 on Wednesday, December 9, from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

The meeting will take place through the online meeting platform Zoom, due to continued COVID-19 precautions.

Any member of the public who wishes to address the Free Library of Philadelphia Board of Trustees is invited to submit a comment at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled meeting (no later than 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, December 8). To submit a request, please fill out the FLP Board of Trustees Public Comment Form.

The request must state the purpose of the address and must provide contact information. The maximum duration of the public comment period will be 20 minutes. Speakers normally will have three minutes to share their comments. Requestors will be notified if they are on the schedule for comment before 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 8.

Quarterly meetings will be held on the following dates for the remainder of FY21:

  • Thursday, March 18, 2021 | 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.
  • Wednesday, June 9, 2021 | 8:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

Growing up Kensington I feel now is finally our Day to Blossom - through the Community behind the FMSPLCA, I hope to reclaim the McPherson Square Public Library as the Communities Carnagie Inheritance and Build & Fill Out the Citadel and Centerpiece as fitting of Daniel Websters Definition of Character and General McPhersons example of Good Courage.
