Yes Please! Healthy Sexuality Workshops for Youth: Degendering Bodies
Virtual
The Yes, PLEASE! Program is a Healthy Sexuality Education Series, housed by the Mazzoni Center, for young folks age 13-24. It is designed to empower youth and young adults to make informed and liberated decisions about sex, romantic relationships, identity, and community.
Take part in sessions that focus on the fundamental concepts of sexuality, attraction, gender, and assigned sex. Join the Free Library and the Mazzoni’s Health and Sexuality Educator Von Eaton (he/him) to help broaden your understanding and learn to create more inclusive spaces through education.
First, you are encouraged to watch a pre-recorded guided lesson, and take part in supplemental learning activities. Remember that these modules will be speaking to healthy sexuality, gender, and human bodies, and the pre-recorded lessons speak candidly and show illustrations associated with these topics.
Then, you are invited to a live discussion with Von. If you haven’t had a chance to watch the videos or do the worksheets, that’s okay.
These workshops are open to ALL youth of any identity, and is a safe and welcoming space. Register for these workshops via EventBrite. We hope you’ll help us celebrate PRIDE Month together!
The final session of this series will be taking place on Monday, July 6th.
