Start each week with the Free Library and the Urban Affairs Coalition for a free online financial empowerment workshop series to help you through these uncertain economic times.
Learn what an emergency fund is, how much money to keep in one and how it can be a vital resource when unplanned costs arise. Workshop participants will be given the necessary steps towards saving for a better future. This workshop also helps participants begin to create their own long- and short-term financial plans by setting reasonable goals to save and invest using working budgets.
This session is the third in our five-part Money Mondays series, virtual workshops presented on Monday afternoons at 5:30 p.m. Sign in through Crowdcast, an easy-to-use online platform. Advanced registration is encouraged!
