Culinary Passport: South Korea with Chef Clara Park
Culinary Literacy Center at Parkway Central Library
Join us for the debut class of our Culinary Passport series with the award winning Chef Clara Park! Chef Park will take us on a tour of some of her favorite Korean dishes in this hands-on, interactive class. Participants will learn about Korean culture, cooking techniques, and get tips on sourcing ingredients right here in Philadelphia. On the menu: kalbi (Korean BBQ short ribs) and kimchi pancakes!
