Let's meditate together! We will explore various modalities of meditation in this ongoing program. Meditation has many benefits. It can reduce stress, help control anxiety, improve sleep and emotional health, and may reduce blood pressure and help control pain. Bring a water bottle and something to sit on, such as a pillow, bolster or mat.
Adults and older teens are welcome. We will meet most Wednesdays at the Tree House, indoors or on the porch, weather permitting. No session October 19.
