This class will include 10 minutes of orientation with introductions, and 40 minutes of vinyasa flow. Each class will focus on a peak asana or posture (often referred to as a pose) along with a mindfulness exercise which may include breathing techniques or meditation. A peak asana means each pose taught is intentionally warming up the body to reach the peak. After the peak pose is achieved, the flow will focus on cooling down with restoration. The movements and poses will be demonstrated by the instructor and individual modifications can be provided.
School-aged children under 7 must be accompanied by a caregiver.
