Do you have gently used or new art and craft supplies that are collecting dust? The Art Department and The Philadelphia Center for the Book (PCB) invite you to bring them to our art materials swap! Let's share materials that are in good condition with our community.

Join us at Parkway Central in the Heim Center room 131/132. This event is free and open to the public. Please bring your own bag if you plan on taking things.

We can accept the following items for the swap:

• Art / Frames/ Non- Flammable Art Supplies
• Painting supplies like canvas, boards, paints, and brushes
• Drawing supplies
• Rubber stamps, inks, and stamping tools
• Gently used magazines and other collage materials
• Tools in working order
• Fabric, yarn, sewing supplies
• Paper, stationery, and decorative papers
• Bookbinding and printmaking supplies or tools

We unfortunately cannot accept the following at this event:

• Hazardous materials
• Empty or dry paint tubes or cans
• Dried up markers
• Clothing or shoes
• Housewares
• Furniture or electronics
• Books/Encyclopedias

Any leftover materials and items will be donated to local community organizations to support their missions. Please be mindful of the volunteers’ capacity and use your best judgment.
