Saturdays on Stage: The Principles of Hip Hop

A Free Library favorite, Hip Hop Fundamentals, returns to our stage! This energetic dance ensemble uses breakdancing and audience participation to explore hip hop’s rich cultural history, including how Black youth changed the world. The performance focuses on hip hop’s four principles: Peace, Love, Unity, and Having Fun!
Doors open at 1:30p.m. All programs begin at 2:00p.m.
This event takes place in the Montgomery Auditorium at Parkway Central Library. Seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis. Late seating is at the discretion of the library staff.
Children, teens, families, and adults are welcome!
