Virtual Event - PMC Shares: You've Been Served a Jury Summons, What Does this Mean?
Social Science and History Department at Parkway Central Library
(Please Note: This event is now virtual only)
Jurors are vital to our democratic society. In criminal prosecutions, there is a constitutional right to a trial by an impartial jury of one’s peers. Jury trials are a way for citizens to actively participate in our society. In this presentation, we will discuss jury service in Pennsylvania, the process and its importance.
This workshop is being held virtually by Pennsylvanians for Modern Courts.
