Brothers, let's come together to discuss how we can advocate and support each other.  Come meet State Representative Darisha K. Parker and her staff.  They will be available to provide information on state government related programs and services. A panel discussion will be moderated by Abu Edwards, Director of Black Male Engagement for the City of Philadelphia. Ms. Parker represents the 128th District in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, which includes the East Oak Lane neighborhood.
