Philadelphia's own Tanisha Singleton Thompson will teach young people how to care for their natural hair.  Tanisha is a certified hair stylist who, along with her daughters, will teach you how to use professional styling tools, hair products, and answer any questions about hair wellness. Join us for a six-week series of hair education workshops and fun!  Meets October 21 & 28; November 4, 18 & 25; December 2.

• Session 1: Prepping my natural hair for extension and hot tools.
• Session 2: Latching on to my natural tresses.
• Session 3: lengthening my braids.
• Session 4: Needling my tracks.
• Session 5: Flat ironing my textured hair.
• Session 6: Wrap it up.

For all age - great for ages 10 and up.  Space may be limited and you are encouraged to attend all six sessions.
