Life is sweeter with Joy the Baker. Join Joy at the Free Library of Philadelphia on Tuesday, October 21st as she shares her obsession with butter, sugar, cream and dark chocolate. Joy will demo recipes from her new book, Joy the Baker: Homemade Decadence and shows you how delicious it can be to bring a little sweet into your kitchen. New and experienced bakers will enjoy this class.
Tickets for the demo and Q&A are $40 and include a personalized, signed copy of Joy's latest book, Homemade Decadence. This class is in the Culinary Literacy Center on the Fourth Floor of the Library.
There is also a book signing at 7:30pm in the Skyline Room on the Fourth Floor of the Library. Books must be purchased ahead of time through Eventbrite. Tickets for the signing are $25 and include a copy of the book to be signed by Joy.
